Dr. Ben Javid is the worst dentist ever. I had to report him to the dental board over a year ago. My gum line cracked after he did two implants on my upper eye teeth in 2022. When he finished the implants you could see the screws sticking out of my gum line. I moved 3 hours away a month after the procedure. I went to see Periodontics in my area who did a complete evaluation full x-rays and it was determined the screws were not placed correctly. This doctor suggested I make the 3 hour drive to see Dr. Ben Javid. the date was 6/19/25 I told him during my visit I was not happy with the outcome and told him due to bone loss my teeth could fall out at anytime. He was very nice and said I hear you loud and clear. He had his staff take 3-D X-Rays, and told me he would get back to me with his findings. As of 8/11/25 he had never called me, even after I emailed him 4 times. I asked for a copy of the 3-D x-ray he took and his staff told me I would have to pay $300.00 for the CD. I did nothing wrong to Dr. Ben Javid I drove 3 hours to see him simply wanting some help! My only option at this point is small claims court. The poeple are kind, understanding, professional, they make you feel like family not another patient.. they understand your needs, they answer all your questions. Don’t take it from me. Truly, the gold standard of not just biological dentistry, but best dentist experience I've ever had. I'm blown away by the office Dr. Shawn and Ben have built, from the moment I walked in - and had a great experience with my initial dental exam. Got a ton of clarity on not just my oral health, but what to change in terms of supplementation and diet. Very grateful to have found this office. Worth the 1 hour drive to get here

Wow - this is the first time ever i walked into dental office and felt peace, energy of happiness and an experience that changed how i feel about the importance of health from the mouth first. The place is not just beautiful, it is cutting edge in quality, superior care and the complete systems for covering complete health needs. I would never have expected to leave Smilebody excited for the next visit. I learned so much about what i need, why and the benefits. I discovered this is not dental office as we expect. The mission is obvious. To improve the quality of life for all. I never knew the importance of oral care. I always thought it was about the teeth. But the real health is far deeper.
